Information


Begin standing.

Step one leg back onto the ball of the foot into a wide stance. The front leg should be bent at a 90 degree angle.

Square the hips forward

Lift the arms overhead and reach through the fingers. Draw the shoulder blades down the back.


Repeat on the other side.
