Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimatanasana is a seated posture that helps to increase hip and shoulder mobility.

English Translation: Half Bound Lotus Intense Back of the Body Posture

Asana - Posture
How to:
Begin seated in Dandasana.
Bring the right foot into half Padmasana by bringing the outside edge of the foot into the left hip crease.
Reach the right hand behind the back and catch hold of the right toe or foot.
Grab the left foot with the left hand.
Exhale as you fold. Hold for 5 breaths.
After five breaths, inhale and look up. Keep hold of both feet as you exhale.
Repeat on the left side.
Notes:
