English Translation: Marichi's Pose
How to:
Extend the left leg and stand on the right foot.
Reach the right arm on the inside of the right knee. Internally rotate the shoulder and reach the hand down and around the back.
Reach the left hand behind your back to meet the right. If the hands don’t meet yet, hold a towel between your hands. Hold for five breaths.
Repeat on the other side.
