How to:
Begin with the apart with the heels on the same line and the right foot facing forward.
On an exhale, grab the right big toe with the first two fingers of the right hand, connecting the thumb to the first two fingers.
Reach the left hand straight upward with the fingers together.
Lengthen the spine and look into the palm of the upward reaching hand.
Hold for 5 breaths.
Inhale as you stand up. Repeat on the left.
