Ashtanga ABCs Day 19 {Take a Cold Shower}
Challenge Pose: Marichyasana A
Marichyasana A is a seated bind, which stretches both the shoulder and the hip. Come into the pose by extending the left leg and standing on the right foot. Start with the right hand on the inside of the left leg and reach it around the outside of the leg with the palm facing outward. Reach the left hand to meet the right. Hold a towel if your hands don’t quite touch yet. Suck in your low belly and fold over the extended leg. Repeat on the other side.
