Bianca leads her life led by her intuition and honoring her intention to help others become more consciously balanced within, thus becoming more consciously peaceful outward. She truly feels honored to be able to do what she does and thankful that she can reach out to as many people as she does sharing how powerful yoga can be as a means to dwell in a state of inner balance.
Bianca has studied with many senior teachers and considers herself lucky to have been exposed to many 'Yoga Traditions,' she learned how to move with ease from early exposure to 'Alexander Technique,' how to tap into subtle energy through Kundalini Yoga, how to be dynamically strong through Ashtanga and Vinyasa, how to see energy lines from in-depth Iyenger study and how to be still and 'be the witness' through Meditation and Yin Yoga. She bows to her teachers for their wisdom and heart to share the many layers of yoga, having studied for extended periods of time on trainings/immersions and workshops, she thanks her mentors Paul and Suzee Grilley, Maty Ezraty, Jeanne Heileman, Lisa Walford, Chad Hamrin, Annie Carpenter, John Gaydos, and Sarah Powers.
Bianca leads strong, fun, sweaty, nurturing, and centering classes. Her classes are mindfully sequenced and mostly themed around a peak pose. Though a strong believer in honoring your edge, she will encourage you to explore the space within, outside of your comfort zone both physically as you hold the postures and mentally as the mind begins to churn. Bianca believes that your practice of yoga asana should be a playground for you to explore your personal rhythm of your breath and body connection, a place to learn from and connect with your own personal expression of "self," a playground you consider a life long place of practice you want to return to again, and again.
