For the month of November we are stimulating and balancing the Heart Chakra. For my rest after practice yesterday, I played Heart Chakra 639 Hz tones, turned on some green lights and focused a green spotlight on my body. 💚
I laid there, receiving for almost an hour! Wow!! Such a beautiful and healing rest. Much needed. Very blessed practice. 🙏🏽
