Add breath to movement with this beginner-friendly movement that mobilizes the back.
How to:
On an inhale, arch the back, lift the hips, look up.
On an exhale, round the back, drop the head, and drop the tailbone.
Continue breathing slowly in this way for 5-10 rounds
