Breathing exercises can be an easy way to reset your nervous system and calm yourself down in the middle of a stressful workday or any type of stressful situation.


This 4-Count breathing technique quickly brings presence of mind and a relaxed state.



How to:


1. Inhale for 4 beats.

2. Pause.

3.Exhale for 4 beats.

4. Pause.


Repeat for 1 minute.
