Solo Navasana requires deep hip mobility and core strength, but when there are two involved, enjoy the support. Begin with the feet together, probably with the legs bent at first. Hold hands.



Look at each other and try to breath in sync.



Variation

  • Hold onto each other's hands as you reach your heads back
