How to


Begin with the base laying on their back with the legs up. The flyer should be standing near the feet. Place the feet into the hip crease. The flyer should lean the weight forward while the base straightens the legs.


You may begin holding hands. You may also release the hands, and the flyer can reach the arms backward. Keep lifting the chest.
