Benefits:


Opens the hips

Opens the chest and shoulders

Improves internal rotation of the femurs

Improves balance


How to:


  1. Balance on the left leg with the knee bent.

  2. Wrap the right leg over and around the left, reaching the foot behind the calf of the left leg.

  3. Wrap the left hand over and around the right, reaching the palms together.

  4. Squat down lower as you reach upward with the arms.

  5. Gaze toward the fingertips.
