Information


Begin seated.

Place the hands under the hips to help you arch the back and place the top of the head on the floor.

Once the head is in position, release the hands.

Press down with the hands on the floor or on the top of the thighs to continue to lift the chest.

Breathe up into the top of the chest.

Hold for 5-10 breaths.
