A yoga event in collaboration with Sacred Garden Yoga.
We were so fortunate to be able to put on one last event for St. Patty's day just before shutdown. We partnered with Sacred Garden Yoga in Marietta for this special event. I taught a light, Ashtanga based flow to a group mostly new to yoga.
