How to:
Sit with the legs crossed underneath.
Lift the chest
Place the hands in the lap or in your favorite mudra
Variations:
Tight Hips/Back - try sitting on a folded blanked or cushion
Chair Yoga - try seated in a chair. Sit with the feet hips distance and flat on the floor. Lift the chest. Allow the hands to rest comfortable in the lap.
