Consistency over Time
Practice is the action we can take to calm the fluctuations of our minds, creating internal harmony and peace. Practice takes concentration and focus.
It is not enough to practice one time or occasionally. Little result will come that way. Over a long period of consistent effort without interruption, practice becomes firmly established as a way of life within the practitioner and can truly take effect.
