How to:
Begin in Dandasana.
Internally rotate the thigh and bend the knee so that the calf is on the outside of the thigh.
Hold the left foot with both hands.
Fold on an exhale and hold for 5 breaths.
In an inhale, look up. Keep holding the foot as you exhale.
Repeat on the other side.
