✨Day 2: Elbow Plank or variation
✨Day 3: Side Plank or variation
✨Day 4: Lolasana or Knees to Chest
✨Day 5: Headstand Crunches or Down Dog Knee to Nose {video}
The Rules: Enter the challenge by following all hosts and sharing the flyer. Post all 5 days using the hashtag #octobersolarplexus and tagging the hosts (you can also repost this in the text of your posts). Day 5 must be a video. 🎥 Bonus points for liking, commenting, and encouraging other participants.
