It can be so scary to start something new.
As a yoga teacher who primarily teachers beginners and people totally new to yoga, every week I can spot new people as they apprehensively step into the yoga room for the first time. They remind me of all the same questions I had when I started.
How do you put the mat?
What should I wear?
What is this language I've never heard before?
