How to:
Begin in tabletop on the hands and knees.
Reach one leg forward and move the foot out to the side so that it is as wide as that mat or beyond.
Stretch the other leg backward onto the ball of the foot or the top of the food with the toes down. Each will give you a different stretch. Staying on the ball of the foot will be a more active stretch.
Stay on the hands or come down to the forearms.
Repeat on the other side.
