  • Helps with Balance

  • Tones inner thighs


How to:

  • Begin rooting the left foot into the floor

  • Lift the right foot and place it in the inner thigh of the left leg

  • Place the palms together in Anjali Mudra at the chest or overhead

  • Hold for 5 breaths

  • Repeat on the other side
