How to:
Starting in shoulderstand, exhale as you bend at the hips and begin to send the toes overhead, maintaining straight legs.
As the toes reach the floor, point the toes.
Release the hands from the low back and clasp the fingers together. Press the uppers arms and hands down into the mat.
Gently draw the chin away from the chest.
Hold for 8 breaths.
