Brother of Jesus (possibly)
In the lists of the apostles, Thaddaeus is listed in Matthew in Mark. However, a disciple named Judas, son of James, is listed in Luke and John. It is believed that Judas and Thaddaeus are the same person. Thaddaeus is not listed outside of the lists of disciples.
Judas the disciple may also be the same person as Judas, the brother of Jesus, though it is unclear.
Judas, son of James is distinguished from the Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus.

Judas Questions Jesus
John 14:22-24
22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, “Lord, how is it that you will reveal yourself to us, and not to the world?” 23 Jesus answered him, “Those who love me will keep my word, and my Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. 24 Whoever does not love me does not keep my words; and the word that you hear is not mine, but is from the Father who sent me.
