Repeat and contemplate.

I.27-29

I.27 The Lord's name is the mystical syllable Om.

I.28 Repeat this and contemplate its meaning.

I.29 From this comes the recognition of the inner consciousness and freedom from all disturbances.

Chanting Om

Chanting Om alone can be a powerful practice. Try chanting out loud with mala beads in the form of japa meditation. Find a mala with 108 beads and hold the mala in your hand, resting over your index finger. Move the beads with your thumb as you count each round of Om until you get to the guru bead in the center. This is one full round.

After chanting, rest in the silence for some time.
