We love sharing yoga with others. We offer asana (postures), meditation, breathwork, and can even lead discussions. We can accommodate any sized group from one to hundreds of people. We have experience teaching everyone from toddlers to seniors, professional athletes, and everyone in-between. We are based in Georgia, USA and love to travel. We can provide mats. Please request your desired date and time. We will confirm availability. Please send us a message about groups over 75, which may require multiple teachers.
